LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
  1. DURATION
    This warranty is given for a period of one year to the original purchaser only from date of purchase. Steelco, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty or merchantability of fitness of purpose after that period.

  2. COVERAGE
    Steelco, Inc., warrants all parts made by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship. when used in normal, non commercial use, and are not damaged due to overloading, negligence, accidents or abuse. Items supplied by us from other manufactures are not covered herein. but are covered by the original manufacturer's own warranty. Steelco's obligation shall be limited to replacing or repairing. at our discretion parts found to be defective at our factory located at 12405 18th Street, Santa Fe. TX 77510 or by any authorized Steelco, Inc. dealer. Parts will be replaced or repaired to validate claim. Steelco manufactures replacement parts for other brands for sale. Any reference made inside this catalog to these other brands is strictly for reference only. We assume no liability for design or fitness of their replacement product.

  3. EXCLUSIONS
    1. Exterior finish
    2. Consequential damages, either direct or indirect.
    3. Any statements. representatives or warranties expressed or implied by dealers or third persons other than those provided herein.
    4. Any trailer used outside the continental, contiguous 48 states.

  4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
    Upon discovery of a defect, the owner is to promptly write or call Steelco Inc.. who will effect the corrective action of this warranty. If there is no Steelco agent within the practical vicinity and if conditions prohibit returning by freight, Steelco may authorize certain or limited corrective action in the field.

LIMITED BOAT TRAILER WARRANTY

  1. DURATION
    This warranty is given for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser only from the date of purchase. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for intended use are limited in duration to the period of 1 year stated above, unless applicable state laws provide otherwise. Steelco, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty or merchantablity of fitness of purpose after that period.

  2. COVERAGE
    Steelco, Inc. warrants the following parts made by us to be free from defects in material, workmanship: frame assembly, winch stand and top, tongue assembly, roller and bunk brackets, axles, fender assembly. The following items are warranted by other manufacturers and therefore aren't included within this warranty: winches, couplings, lights, brakes, tires, wheels, springs, bearings, hubs, cables, and straps. Steelco's obligation shall be limited to replacing or repairing at our option, parts found to be defective at its factory located at 18th and Avenue M, Santa Fe, Texas 77510, or any authorized dealer. Parts will be replaced free of charge within the period stated above when the part(s) is returned to the factory freight prepaid. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. Return of the trailer registration card within 15 days of purchase is precedent to the operation of this warranty.

  3. EXCLUSIONS
    This warranty specifically does not cover or include:
    1. Damage caused by abuse, accident, over loading, negligence, vandalism, improper loading, storage or use.
    2. Maintenance items such as (but not all inclusive of) brakes, bearings, tires, springs, winch cables, paint, and/or exterior finishes. Paint is not guaranteed to prevent rust.
    3. Any trailer which has been altered or repaired by other than Steelco or its authorized agent.
    4. Items listed in Part 11 not manufactured by Steelco.
    5. Any unit which is used in rental or commercial use.
    6. Any additional damages caused by owner's failure to promptly notify Steelco, Inc. or its agent of a defect within 1 0 days of such discovery.
    7. The following consequential damages either direct or indirect: loss of time, inconvenience, towing charges, storage charges, expenses for travel, lodging, telephone and gasoline, loss or damage to personal property and towing vehicle or load, loss of revenues and temporary repairs made by an authorized Steelco agent.
    8. Any statements, representatives, or warranties expressed or implied given by dealers or other third persons other than those provided herein.
    9. Any trailer used outside the continental, contiguous 48 states.

  4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
    Upon discovery of a defect,the owner is to promptly write or call Steelco Inc. or its authorized agent, who will effect the corrective action of this warranty upon prior written authorization from Steelco Inc. If no Steelco agent is within the practical vicinity and if conditions prohibit returning by freight, Steelco will, at our option, authorize corrective action in the field.

  5. LEGAL REMEDIES
    In addition to the provision of this warranty, the owner has available the legal remedies provided by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Public Law 93-637; 88 Statue 2183FF; 15USC 2301 FF; and any other applicable state statues. This warranty is designed and intended to comply with the Magnuson-Moss Act, and all the regulations issued by the Federal Trade Commission in connection therewith.
